Event Coordinator

This entry-level position provides food and beverage service at weddings, meetings, celebrations, and other hosted events.

What The Job Feels Like

Active, people-facing and service-oriented. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Primary Areas Of Ownership

Prepare tables and event service areas Serve food and beverages according to event standards Interact professionally with guests throughout the function Assist with resets, breakdown, and transitions between events

Entry-level qualifications: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
