Job: Event Marketing Coordinator (Contract) This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels and functions within the company. This is a 6 month contracted position from April - October and will report to the Sr. Job Description: • Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows. We’d love to chat if you have: • 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail • Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects • Excellent project management and organization skills • Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Asana
