Act as liaison between the client and partners to bring Abel McCallister Abel's vision to life. Reports directly to Event Manager and must be available to work on-site at our Nashville location. Experience/Education • 1+ years experience as event coordinator • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to problem solve on the fly • Proven ability to lead teams • Experience with an agency environment • Strong client service skills • Strong project management skills Additional Skills • Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems and create new processes • Independent judgment that aligns with the best interests of the company • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment • Deadline-driven, understanding the need to plan, organize, and complete tasks within a given timeframe is essential. Job Duties and Tasks: • Collaborate with creative team to deliver best-in-class concepts for client activations • Lead all aspects of job management from proposal phase to onsite event implementation • Assist with generating and managing contracts, COIs, NDAs, budgets, and invoices (clients and partners) • Scout locations for upcoming projects and build rapport with landlords and/or management companies • Research and build relationships with best-in-class partners that provide services outside agency capabilities • Source, contract and manage all external event partners (decor rentals, security, brand ambassadors, F&B) • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal resources for event execution (design, signage, fabrication, labor, staffing, A/V) • Create and manage event timelines, workback schedules, run of show docs and/or production schedules for client project deliverables and in order to execute the event flawlessly • May be asked to assist in other planning, production tasks, fabrication, printing or mailers, as needed
