• Works in close coordination with the Director of Sales and Ownership to manage a consistent brand image throughout all resort experiences and align with resort strategic positioning, as well as review and analyze performance to determine effectiveness. • Work with multiple department supervisors and the Director of Sales to coordinate and support the event experience, with detailed communication of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to client and leadership team. Work with resort management on event staffing needs to include some nights and weekends as needed. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May be required to stand or sit for long periods of time, as well as demonstrate and participate in resort activities to promote sales.
