Description Our company is always growing, with goals of expanding our offices beyond the US Job Title: Assistant Event Coordinator Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, scheduling, logistics, and budget management Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment, decorations, and supplies are in place and ready for use Collaborate with vendors and contractors to... secure necessary services, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule Create and distribute event invitations and promotional materials Coordinate and supervise event staff, including volunteers, security, and support personnel Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field Proven experience in event planning and coordination Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors Proficiency in event management software, such as Eventbrite and Cvent Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required Knowledge of local event venues and vendors Budgeting and financial management expertise Benefits Founded with a vision to redefine the architectural landscape, Fresh Form Draft brings together a team of diverse talents, each contributing their unique expertise to every project we undertake.
