The Marketing Event Coordinator is a key member of the marketing department and event team. This person will play a vital role in many of the marketing activities and events that Johnson Brunetti does throughout the year. Key responsibilities • Assist in planning and execution of prospect and client events (in-person and virtual events) • Perform confirmation calls to attendees of events to help increase attendance • Track results of events and track number of new clients from events • Oversee our Client Referral Program and create weekly reports on the results of the program • Book appointments at events with prospects • Perform data entry into our Salesforce system to keep event campaigns up to date • Support marketing by performing other various tasks.
