The Event Services Coordinator is responsible for the smooth execution of all internal church and external customer events held on PRUMC’s campus - everything from booking and event oversite to billing and customer... satisfaction. Communicate daily event set-up and room re-set schedules and layouts to the PM staff.Participate in weekly team planning meetings with PM staff, AV, food service, security and others as needed.
