Position Description: As Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant you will manage the day-to-day operations as it relates to events scheduled in our Corporate office conference center along activities related to the normal duties of the position of Administrative Assistant... The diverse functions of this position also require the ability to juggle competing priorities, initiative, proactive problem-solving and sound decision-making with the goal of achieving clear communication, efficient office operations and procedures, and effective management of multiple projects. A high degree of flexibility, discretion and confidentiality are required. Duties include, but not limited to the following: • Assist with planning of a wide variety of event types from internal events such as board meetings and retreats, to working with external groups who schedule the use of our conference center • Support onsite event logistics as required, to include catering and conference center layout • Coordinate with leadership team and other entities as required • Ensure office supplies are stocked and keep the supply room neat and organized • Responsible for the set up/breakdown of meeting rooms in coordination of the building services team • Greets and directs guests.
