This is hospitality in motion. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
Assist with timelines, room assignments, materials, and vendor details Interact with hosts, attendees, vendors, and venue staff Support setup, event execution, and breakdown Document changes and communicate updates to the event team
Success in the role: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
