This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, plans, and concepts for all aspects of event production.Lead the event planning process through internal and external communications, including organizing meetings with relevant staff to ensure all show preparations are complete.Ensure all deadlines, including early bird deadlines for booth services (e.g., carpet, electrical, internet), are met.Collaborate with designers and communications team on design, content, and messaging for all event and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Develop and manage a design guide for booths and establish best practices for setup and breakdown.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of merchandisers and product.Apply for and obtain trade show badges for staff and guests.Communicate with sales representatives to gather necessary information.Manage relationships with outside vendors and labor providers (e.g., truss rental, show labor, signage production) to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met for move-in and move-outPrepare event briefing materials, including approved budgets, event needs, and timelines.Maintain inventory of booth supplies and equipment.Track event expenses and ensure all invoices are submitted to accounts payable.Maintain and update the trade show tracking sheet, including monitoring of payments made and outstanding.Attend and work trade shows as neededPost daily updates about trade shows on Teams.Follow specific guidelines for each individual trade show.Support the EU sales team as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of event planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple and shifting priorities, while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.High attention to detail with strong follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
