• Proactively assess staffing needs as determined by service hours and peak call periods and discuss solutions in peak periods with DOEM • Assign work duties to qualified ICs to ensure adequate coverage of all shifts • Ensures timely billing for transportation and staffing and accuracy of profit and loss statements for assigned programs • Assist with manifest details for smaller programs - organization and distribution to Event Managers and clients. • Manage and distribute uniforms and equipment for ICs • Educate and training newly hire IC on the policy and procedures • Define and publish staff schedules based on staffing requests in accordance with collective agreements • Operate mainly on staffing and transportation programs and assigned by Director of Event Management • Printing and preparing IC information in the company database • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills • Ability to compose grammatically correct emails to the client and others • The ability to listen closely and articulate confidently in meetings where decision makers and their teams may be present • Strong organizing and time management skills • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent work ethics • Proactive approach to completing tasks • The demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing work needs • Able to work autonomously yet collaborate as part of a team on workflows • Proficiency in Microsoft office products, especially Excel, to maintain estimated profit and/or enhance revenue • Adaptability to Salesforce and other new software introduced at CSI.
