Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the event planning process. Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, and staffing needs. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and vendor management. Liaise effectively with the culinary team to finalize menus and ensure dietary requirements are met. Oversee on-site event execution, managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate event files and client records. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
