Responsibilities Security Manage loading dock and freight elevator Monitor guest entry and exit Supervise the 40th floor during events Engineering Ensure all power systems function properly Assist with opening doors, lights, and power outlets Manage temperature controls during events Coordinate power needs with vendors and handle outages Porter Maintain restroom cleanliness, cleaning twice during weekend events Assist with spill and glass break cleanup Restock and clean spaces as needed Upon Arrival Check in with security, obtain key card, and store personal items Coordinate with security for elevator access and building access Inspect the venue setup as per the event plan Ensure all spaces are prepared and secure Verify vendor arrivals and needs Event Coordination Communicate with the event planner or host Set up and manage music, TV monitors, and lighting Assist with vendor coordination and logistics Monitor and support event activities and vendor needs Perform final checks and ensure all personal and event items are managed properly Skills and Experience Required The candidate should be experienced in managing facilities during events, serve as the onsite contact, and assist with event setup and execution. Flexibility with hours, including weekends, and experience with high-end clientele and corporate events are preferred. Training will be provided.
