• Establish rapport and provide customer service over the phone or in-person. • One year of experience working for a non-profit, preferably in environmental/sustainability. • Knowledge of heat pumps is a plus. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. • High-speed internet access and a working location free from distractions during business hours.
