Event Coordinator, Entertainment & Gaming

The Events Coordinator is responsible for initiating, producing, and supervising all events at and through Pink House and its subsidiaries. The member will also work within the marketing team and leadership teams to communicate current event calendars, capture content needed for future event marketing, and fluently speak the language of Pink House.Key Responsibilities , Goals & ExpectationsEvents:Book at least 1 event per week, with a goal of 3 events per week.Drive weekly event sales.Supplement sales goals with HQ-based events (e.g., private events, workshops) if off-site bookings are not expected to meet the weekly sales goal.Participate in weekend eventsUphold brand quality, beverage excellence, and exceptional service across all event types.Participate in a weekly meeting with the Sales Director and Front of House Manager to plan and discuss upcoming events, and address questions or challenges.Proactively book and schedule Airstream events in collaboration with the Sales Director.Manage inbound event inquiries and maintain clear communication with clients.Coordinate permits, timelines, menus, and necessary logistics for successful events.Safely transport the Airstream to and from Pink House Alchemy.Maintain and service Airstream equipmentOversee the event intake form, event feedback form, and calendarCapture and curate social media content before, during, and after events to highlight event activity.Submit event summaries and updates during weekly Leaders L10 meetings on Tuesdays.Ensure timely communication and coordination between teams for each event.
