Responsibilities • Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion, including venue selection, catering, and service plan • Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication • Coordinate with catering staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during events • Handle contracts and agreements with clients • Maintain organizational records of event details, contracts, and feedback for continuous improvement
