Event Coordinator – Event Center & Entertainment Booking

The ideal candidate will have deep local knowledge, strong community ties, and experience booking a wide variety of events, including concerts, MMA fights, weddings, corporate functions, and more. You will manage every stage of the event process—from securing bookings and handling pricing agreements to menu planning, vendor coordination, and execution. Proven experience in sales and outside event booking, ideally for a large venue or event center. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and special events as required. Shape the calendar and experience of a dynamic, multi-use entertainment venue.
