Event Coordinator – Event Rentals

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist customers with their event rental needs while managing rental orders, providing excellent customer service, and making sure event rental details are accurate and organized. In addition to event coordination responsibilities, this position will also assist with Bryant’s social media and marketing during non-customer-facing time. Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries and assist with rental reservations.Create, modify, and manage rental orders using our rental software.Provide pricing, quotes, rental information, and product recommendations based on customers’ event needs.Assist will-call customers with pickups and returns, including payments, signatures, and required paperwork.Monitor rental inventory, overdue contracts, and potential overbookings.Coordinate site visits and communicate event details and special instructions with our warehouse, tent, and delivery teams.Create event layouts using CAD software.Maintain the appearance of the showroom and update displays as needed.Attend networking events when possible.Stay up-to-date on event trends, rental products, and services.Assist with Bryant’s social media by creating posts and Canva graphics, taking photos and Reels, and gathering or resharing professional event photos and tagged content.Assist with other company marketing and promotional projects as needed.Skills & Requirements Training on our rental software will be provided.Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.Experience with Canva, photography, videography, or social media content is a plus.Previous experience in event planning, customer service, hospitality, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.Schedule
