Vaden Management Enterprises is looking for an energetic, highly organized Event Coordinator & Executive Assistant to support the Owner and help lead company-wide events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning meaningful experiences, managing details, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Event Coordination • Plan and execute company events including employee celebrations, corporate functions, meetings, and community events • Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, décor, invitations, and event logistics • Manage event timelines, budgets, set-up, and day-of operations • Track RSVPs and communicate event details to employees and leadership Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in event planning, executive support, or similar roles • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
