This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for residents and staff in our apartment community. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and host 1-3 events per month. These events will be designed to care for and connect with residents, foster relationships between residents, and promote local businesses and services. Responsibilities will include developing marketing materials, managing event budgets, preparing monthly summaries, and collaborating with staff and program directors to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
