Originally constructed in 1941 as a deluxe neighborhood movie theater, it now serves as a versatile space hosting a variety of special events, including catering services and concerts. Our mission is to provide exceptional experiences and entertainment. Position Overview: • Assist with guest tours and event planning • Act as point of contact for customer inquiries • Supervise the set-up of all events • Manage all vendor relationships and coordination for events • Assist in the completion of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for clients • Host all events and ensure a high quality of customer service from start to finish • Guide audience members in the right direction • Ensure the front of house area looks presentable and tidy at all times • Take the lead operational responsibility for the safety, security, and success of the building • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed at all times • Lead the Front of House team and ensure the smooth running of the Front of House operation • Responsible for recruitment, development and training of new staff; conduct staff meetings • Ensure all Front of House staff have the appropriate training; manage the daily scheduling for all staff • Plan and monitor event sales, revenue, and labor/operational costs • Deescalate issues raised by visitors • Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
