The Program Coordinator serves as key personnel among department leadership, instructors, clients, and stakeholders to develop and coordinate quality training, symposium, and workshop events. The Coordinator will plan and coordinate all Fire Program training and programs and their activities; ensure programs are on schedule and within budget; create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals per university requirements; coordinate interactions and relationships between OSU faculty and staff, clients and program stakeholders; provide logistical support for training, webinar, and conferences including site location or technology support; oversee the creation of training, conference and symposia marketing materials and coordinate content and distribution with CEAT Marketing.
