Event Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the management and administrative support of all aspects of Special Events at Lincoln Financial Field and the NovaCare Complex and is expected to collaborate with internal departments and service partners to maximize efficiencies and ensure client/guest safety and satisfaction... Position Responsibilities • Manage & execute special events at Lincoln Financial Field & the NovaCare Practice Facility, to include: • Generate client contacts and follow up with clients, as necessary, to ensure all contractual elements are submitted including deposits, executed contracts, certificates of insurance, and operations plans. • Conduct event operations meetings with clients and internal staff to determine and facilitate event needs. May be required to serve as the Principal Emergency Coordinator and be prepared to order the evacuation of an event. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team driven environment.
