You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, from concept development and client management to budget oversight and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. You will liaise with vendors, manage logistics, create detailed event timelines, and oversee event setup and breakdown. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the hospitality sector. Experience working in a hybrid remote/on-site environment is a plus.
