Our Administrative Support team members... play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. • Make sure events support and meet business goals • Communicate with vendors to gather pricing and information for the event • Procures all materials and manages the inventory of promotional items, including looking for competitive pricing and planning inventory for the year (i.e. brochures and pens) • Plan giveaways, ship all materials needed for the booth (decorations / giveaways / marketing materials) and anticipate the needs of colleagues. • Strategize and build the lead capture process for each event, including a back-up plan, to align with the business goals of the event.
