Help increase The Bureau’s event sales operations, both outbound and inbound through communication, planning, and execution of all internal and external events. • Partner with the General Manager on staffing and operational needs for the event. • Off-Site Event Coordination • Act as a representative of the business at various off-site festivals, conventions, and other events with approval from the General Manager or CEO. • Outbound Sales • Establish relationships with various companies in the Central Florida area to increase possible Event Leads through cold calls, email, and in person including, but not limited to networking events and business check-ins. • Proficient computer skills • Strong ability to work as part of a team • Cell phone and personal computer or tablet with access to high-speed internet • Flexible schedule to communicate with Event Leads and also act as a day of coordinator for their events.
