We are seeking candidates for an Event Coordinator opportunity with a top financial services firm based in Boston, MA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, handling marketing communications, managing event budgets, and collaborating across internal teams. The position requires onsite presence 3–4 days per week. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in event marketing and/or marketing communications • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Background in events or marketing, preferably within the financial services sector • Experience handling budgets and working with Accounts Payable to process invoices • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Hands-on experience with CVENT or similar event planning platforms • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems • Previous involvement in coordinating conference logistics, booth installations, and branded event materials If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Lydia at [email protected]
