Event Coordinator (Las Vegas)

Job Summary: The Event Coordinator will assist in coordinating all aspects of events from conception to completion. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for each event • Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and budgets • Source and coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and other service providers • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown • Create detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned and executed properly • Oversee event setup and ensure all elements are in place according to plan • Handle on-site coordination during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Maintain relationships with vendors and clients for future collaborations • Monitor and report on event progress and post-event evaluations • Manage budgets, invoices, and payments related to events • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event quality Requirements: • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
