The Briefing Coordinator is a highly visible role, responsible for planning impactful customer engagements for client Customer Briefing Program. Advise and/or facilitate logistics for Customer Briefings including room preparation, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, and other needs Nurture and build relationships with internal customers, vendors, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative process improvements of center operations and customer experience Skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
