Job Description: As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events within the store, including kids' birthday parties and other craft classes or events. • Engage with clients of all ages, creating an environment of fun and creativity, while delivering exceptional customer service. • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects, perform face painting, and implement other activities, tailoring experiences to meet client needs. • Communicate events with clients, store team members, and external partners, ensuring clear understanding and execution.
