Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events (including kids birthday parties) within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed to deliver our Brand Promises. Customer Experience • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions. • The ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests of all ages and co-workers, are essential functions of the job. • Must have experience working with children and children's events.
