We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized **Part-Time Event Coordinator** to help bring weddings, special events, and group functions to life. If you love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!
### What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and service weddings, catered events, and group functions
* Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients
* Work closely with Food & Beverage teams and Banquet Captains to ensure seamless event execution
* Assist wedding clients with tastings and event details
* Greet clients before events and ensure a smooth transition to banquet operations
* Coordinate wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions
* Manage banquet event orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event details and timelines
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure every event exceeds expectations
* Support a positive and collaborative work environment across all resort departments
### What We’re Looking For
* Previous hospitality, catering, wedding, or event coordination experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
* Weekend availability is required
* Valid Driver’s License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
