This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants. What You’ll Be Doing • Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures • Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching • Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer • Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve • Assist with barista responsibilites • Critical lunch shift 1 day a week: Wednesday 10am-2pm Who You Are: • You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service • You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people • You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up • You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions • You are a strong communicator and self-starter • You are organized and detail oriented.
