Every day, each Fooda location is served by a different restaurant that comes onsite and serves fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menu. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants. getting restaurants onsite and access to the building • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures • Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching • Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer • Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve • Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Thursday (7am – 2 pm) 6.5 hours a day 26 hours per week • **Personal laptop required** Who You Are: • You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service • You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people • You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up • You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions • You are a strong communicator and self-starter • You are organized and detail oriented.
