Event Coordinator for The Imani Center, Richmond, VA The Event Coordinator acts as the central coordinator of all Imani Conference Center event functions, both internal and external (such as retreats, concerts, weddings, and other private events held in The Imani Center Conference Center). The position serves as support of the lead planner(s) and is responsible for providing input on strategy, planning, and execution of logistics for events such as all types of profitable events include not inclusive retreats, concerts, educational symposiums/seminars, staff appreciation, and occasional smaller high-level events, etc. •This position will require working some off-peak hours for event planning •Work collaboratively with appropriate departments, vendors and clients to achieve a common goal of creating meaningful engagement opportunities with the Imani Conference Center's mission.
