The Casting & Event Manager will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of both private and public events hosted by our company. In this role, you will be tasked with actor management, which includes casting actors for each event, managing auditions, and coordinating rehearsals as needed. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive event timelines and task lists, oversee all event logistics, and ensure smooth operations by coordinating with actors, staff, and vendors. Supply management is also a key part of this position, where you will prepare event supplies, props, and materials, and ensure they are safely packaged and shipped to event locations in a timely manner. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
