The event coordinator will serve as the lead person for special events at Silver Fork Lodge, both in terms of communicating with clients leading up to events, but also during events serving as a liaison between clients, the kitchen, and our staff. • Handles communication with potential and existing clients (e-mail & phone) • Conducts tours of the event spaces with potential clients • Helps clients plan their events with menus, layout, timelines, etc. We are 1 mile from Solitude Mountain Resort and 3 miles to Brighton Ski Resort.
