This is a dual-role position combining Event Coordinator & Planner responsibilities with Assistant Manager of the Embassy Cafeteria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing exceptional Italian food & beverage events while also assisting in the daily operations, staffing, and service of the Embassy's cafeteria. • Work closely with Embassy staff to secure spaces, arrange layouts, and ensure compliance with protocol and security requirements. • Menu & Event Support: Assist the Manager and Executive Chef with menu planning, seasonal changes, and cafeteria-based catering. • Prior experience in food service or cafeteria/restaurant management strongly preferred.
