• Book and coordinate social and corporate events • Complete proposals, contracts and BEOs with clients • Some events may involve developing event design, coordinating food and beverage menus, the look of the room and the set-up, tear down logistics. • Record biweekly commission • Review monthly sales goal • Communicate event details with management team including but not limited to event timing, food and beverage orders, headcounts, and set-up logistics.
