This position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging work environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the organization. • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in event management or related field • Ability to manage large crowds and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Proficient computer skills including event management software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays • Completion of Defensive Driving, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Crowd Management certifications within first year • Willingness to work during inclement weather regardless of City operational status
