The role of Sr Project Associate, based in the Westlake Village office (a suburb of Los Angeles), is a key position within Jack Morton’s automotive client projects. Beyond project management, you are expected to embody the company’s culture by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. The position offers the opportunity to work with a leading agency where creativity meets strategy and to be part of a team dedicated to producing extraordinary brand experiences. • Must be able to work hybrid in the Westlake Village office 3 days per week and travel as necessary on the West Coast for this role • Must have 3 years of event planning or experiential marketing experience • Highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker with outstanding project coordination prioritization problem solving time management verbal and written communication skills • Willing to travel up to 30 percent including weekends as needed • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple projects at once and work respectfully with team • Ability to provide strong back-office support including when the team is traveling while working in the office or remotely • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook Teams
