Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming guests and providing a professional first impression for all visitors to the officeCoordinate and support meetings and events, including room setup, hospitality arrangements, and vendor coordinationEnsure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients, guests, and employees through attentive service and proactive supportCollaborate closely with client staff and internal teams to support front office operations and daily workplace needsManage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking accurate messages when necessaryGreet and announce visitors promptly in a friendly, professional mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and lobby area at all timesProvide general administrative and operational support, handling additional tasks as requested to support the workplace environment Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a receptionist or event coordinatorPrevious experience in a client service field preferredAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacyWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 35 lbs. The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.00 USD per hour.
