The Event Coordinator, working in tandem with the Sales & Marketing Team, will undertake the following responsibilities: - Support and coordinate customer sales and service activities during pre-show and on-site at events by liaising with show management, site management, and major customers to address client needs and resolve issues. - Handle fund collection for assigned events, address customer billing errors, and suggest additional services when necessary.
