This position serves as the primary contact for prospective clients and leads marketing efforts to increase awareness and revenue for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and community events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to event inquiries and conduct venue tours.Prepare proposals and secure event bookings.Manage client relationships from inquiry through contract execution.Maintain sales records and assist in achieving revenue goals.Develop relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community organizations.Manage social media platforms, website content, and marketing campaigns.Create promotional materials and digital content.Represent The Eddy at bridal shows, networking events, and community activities.Coordinate client handoffs to event operations staff.Gather client feedback and testimonials.QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Experience with social media and digital marketing preferred.Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.Performance ExpectationsSuccess will be measured through event bookings, revenue growth, marketing engagement, client satisfaction, and development of referral partnerships.CompensationCompetitive wage with performance-based incentive opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
