ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Including, but not limited to): • Reports directly to Outside Sales & Events Coordinator • Completes or delegates tasks in a timely fashion and assists in all areas of operations • Supervises Philadelphia-based staff, assists in employee training, and provides performance feedback to management • Supports department sales by promoting products positively and with enthusiasm • Follows protocol for all bottle inventory procedures • Maintains wine and supply inventories, coordinating deliveries with the main Winery and Warehouse • Addresses customer queries and complaints • Maintains established company culture and staff motivation • Follows protocol for event set-up and break-down, and sanitation procedures • Identifies problems with working conditions and reports them to management • Follows opening and closing procedures including financial paperwork/cash management • Makes bank deposits and change orders; maintains appropriate levels for cash drawers/change • Maintains the appearance of the venue and customer areas at all times; indoors and outdoors • Adheres to all House Policies, PLCB regulations, CDC guidelines, and performs other related duties as assigned • Must have availability to work extended hours, weekends, and some holidays • Must have full-time availability (35-40 hours per week) from October 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025 • Required to have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license • Must communicate thoroughly with management • Exceptional organizational skills are required • Must be highly self-motivated, hardworking, and possess the ability to multi-task • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure, high-volume situations • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully • Must be able to give direction to staff and delegate tasks efficiently • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and engaging demeanor to both customers and staff • Be willing to jump in and help others when needed and necessary • Maintain a professional image by following the company dress code • Attend all mandatory training and staff meetings • Follow and uphold all Winery policies as directed by Management Pay: From $19.00 per hour • This temporary, seasonal position requires full-time (35-40 hours per week) availability from October 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025.
