• Coordinate with Revenue Managers for additional room bookings and applicable rates. • Create Group Resumes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accurate and detailed information for client signatures. • Maintain a professional attitude as a liaison between meeting planners and Hotel operations. • Report complaints or problems to Hotel Managers, assisting in resolving them to client satisfaction. • Calculate attrition penalties, if applicable, and communicate billing to Accounting after group departure.
