About Us:

LaborMAX Staffing partners with major event producers across the Las Vegas Valley to provide skilled labor for concerts, conventions, trade shows, and large-scale productions. We're seeking an organized and energetic Event Coordinator to manage our growing event staffing division.

Position Overview:

The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing event labor orders from intake to completion, acting as the primary liaison between clients, branch operations, and field staff. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for event clients before, during, and after eventsCoordinate labor orders including headcounts, skill requirements, and schedulingRecruit and screen candidates for event-specific positions (stagehands, loaders, carpenters, flaggers, etc.)Ensure workers have proper credentials, PPE, and training for each eventConduct site visits and on-site check-ins during events when requiredTrack event performance metrics and compile post-event reportsBuild and maintain relationships with event producers and venue contactsCollaborate with branch teams across the district to fulfill large-scale ordersQualifications:

2+ years of experience in event coordination, staffing, or productionFamiliarity with Las Vegas event venues, conventions, and production environments a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license and reliable transportationProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsCompensation & Benefits:
