The Stockbridge Event Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of all activities taking place in the Stockbridge Theatre Lobby and audience area during public performances of external community organizations. ● Ensure that audience capacity does not exceed maximum capacity as set by the Derry Fire Department. ● Assist with crowd control in the lobby and theatre ● Communicate with the Stockbridge Technical Director regarding the event schedule. ● Communicate with Pinkerton Security if there are issues with parking and safety concerns in the Stockbridge parking area. ● Communicate with Pinkerton Security and Technical Director in the event of an emergency.
