The Event Assistant must be able to work from 7:30 AM TO 5:30 PM. Qualifications: • Previous experience (3 years) in event planning or coordination is preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented a must • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Must be able to follow instructions and be efficient, dedicated, with a "can-do" attitude Job Types: Contract, Temporary Schedule: • 8 hour shift Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required)
