We are looking to hire an Event Coordinator who manages the customer service function in the Boston office and assists the Corporate Event Manager with event logistics. Assist the end-to-end logistics operations and manage customer service duties for events to ensure that we deliver excellent customer experiences for all event stakeholders. Work with customer service teams across the Group Event Operations pillar on common best practice Provide all participants with best practice guidance for getting the most out of virtual events Good IT skills with knowledge of CRM systems
